Refund policy


To start a return, you can contact us at info@giftbag123.com.  If your return qualifies or is accepted, you are responsible to cover any shipping cost.

We do not offer money back, is your return is accepted will be offer you a store credit or replacement. 

We have 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. After that time, we will NOT accept any return or exchange. If your Item is damages or have any issues you need to notify within 3 days, so we can review the defective item and fix is any error had happened (we are not responsable for return to cover any shipping cost, we will determinate the store credit after a PSYCAL evaluation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Items cannot be returned is they are custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Refunds (if apply)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
